What you will be doing:

· Inspects each property daily to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal.

· Uses proper tools and power equipment in a safe manner.

· Maintains an organized and clean mail room.

· Replaces fixtures promptly and as needed.

· Responds to property maintenance requests.

· Installs and moves a variety of appliances.

· Monitors, cleans, and replaces air conditioning vents and filters as needed.

· Inspects and maintains appearance of pool deck.

· Inspects and cleans vacant properties between tenants.

· Assists the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician as requested.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

What you will need:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· 6 months or less experience in groundskeeping, caretaking, or janitorial tasks.

· Extensive knowledge of landscaping and maintenance techniques and processes.

· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

· Possesses a strong attention to detail.

· Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to use the required hand tools to complete requests.

· Ability to operate various types of power equipment.

· Ability to work independently and with others.

· Ability to multi-task and complete tasks by required deadlines.

· Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds at a time.

· Ability to walk, reach, stretch, stoop, bend, and use hands and fingers.

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

· Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.

· Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.

· Must be physically able to operate maintenance equipment.

· Must be able to attend to after-hour maintenance emergencies as needed.
