What you will be doing:

· Schedules and executes property tours.

· Greets prospects as the enter the leasing office

· Consults with prospective tenants to identify desired property requirements and budgets.

· Responds promptly to property inquires or concerns.

· Presents accurate information and highlights key selling points about available properties.

· Maintains consistent and professional communication with current and potential tenants.

· Facilitates lease signing and ensures all required documents are completed.

· Assists tenants in the leasing application process by conducting background and credit checks.

· Prepares leasing documentation and explains leasing terms to prospective tenants.

· Promotes available properties through open houses and by using marketing strategies such as posters, advertisements, and social media campaigns.

· Ensures that properties are well-maintained and visually appealing for tours.

· Maintains accurate and organized records of property tours, inquiries, and leasing agreements.

· Monitors market trends, property prices, and rental demand in the community.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

· Provides excellent customer service to all prospects, vendors and residents

What you will need:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Minimum of 1-2 years of related leasing and/or sales experience.

· Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Possesses attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel).

· Ability to upkeep a professional demeanor in various work environments.

· Ability to use leasing practices effectively and recognize property market trends.
