We are looking for Energy Sales Represenatives to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business. It’s proven that effective preparation and engaging sales conversations are integral for success in the world of sales. Along with ongoing training you will receive weekly one-on-one coaching. To excel in this field mastering these skills is essential. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel comfortable will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about the products and services, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate product feature and pricing information
• Give knowledgeable answers to customers questions
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Inform customers of discounts and special offers
• Coordinate with team to provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in similar role preferred
• Understanding of retail sales process
• Excellent communication skills capable of building trusting relationships
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Ability to perform in fast paced environments
• Schedule flexibility
• Must be 18+ as required by law
• BS in Marketing or related fields
