STRIVE PREMIER MARKETING is seeking individuals that are looking to expand their marketing and sales skills. We are looking for individuals with a strong desire to learn all business operations and move into management roles within our firm. We are looking to fill an ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING AND SALES ASSOCIATE position that provides you the training and coaching you need to become SUCCESSFUL in the role.

STRIVE PREMIER MARKETING is a energetic, fast-paced direct sales and marketing firm specializing in customer acquisition, lead generation, and product sales. This position involves face to face sales and customer service, therefore excellent communications are a must. You should be comfortable interacting with potential customers, be solution-oriented, and have the ability to work with a wide variety of individuals RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Work side by side with our Manager to learn our company’s strategies and values and how they align with the brands and products we proudly represent
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
• Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Strive Premier Marketing brand.
•  Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer.
•  Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude!

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Marketing, Advertising, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!
• You possess strong, friendly, and direct communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in teams
• You are punctual, responsible, and accountable
•   Self-motivated and proactive qualities
