Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Stroke Development Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. The instructor will be responsible for teaching and refining swimming techniques in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. This role focuses on helping swimmers transition from learn-to-swim levels into more advanced skill development. Additional levels are also available to teach if interested.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach stroke development classes.

Provide clear demonstrations and constructive feedback on technique.

Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment at all times.

Encourage swimmers to set goals and track their progress.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of all four competitive strokes.

Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Passion for helping swimmers improve confidence and ability in the water.

Schedule & Compensation:

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Competitive pay- between $18-$20/hour
