Job description
Think Mark Lanier, Nick Rowley, Rick Friedman. Do you want to become one of the greatest trial attorneys of all time? Well, we plan on becoming one of the greatest law firms of all time, and we are looking for an attorney with the same vision who is ready to lead the charge in our litigation department.
We are a young, but fast-growing plaintiff's personal injury firm practicing primarily in Washington, Oregon, and Utah with cases in other states as well. We are rapidly expanding and litigating more and more cases. We are building a dedicated litigation team and looking for an attorney eager to grow with us, fight for our clients, and develop their litigation skills.
You must be actively licensed in Utah and hopefully in other states as well.
You must be eligible for reciprocal admission into Washington and Oregon.
We are 100% remote, but the position will require travel throughout Washington, Oregon, and Utah as needed by our various cases.
Experience/License Requirements:
Active bar license in Utah, Washington, or Oregon and hopefully as well and other states.
Eligible for reciprocal admission in other states as well.
2-5 years of litigation experience
Jury trial experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Efficiently and effectively manage around 60-70 litigation files
Willingness to take at least 2 cases to trial each year
