Now Hiring: Medical Assistant (MA) Busy Interventional Pain Management Clinic

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced interventional pain management practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories

Assist providers with examinations and in-office procedures

Prepare procedure rooms and maintain sterile technique as appropriate

Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Coordinate patient care, referrals, and follow-up appointments

Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff

Perform other clinical and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification preferred (or equivalent experience)

Previous clinical experience required; pain management or orthopedic experience is a plus 3-5 years

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with EMR systems- e-clinical works preferred
