We're hiring for full-time & part-time roles (30–40 hrs/week) with full-time hours available after your first week. If you've got the strength, the hustle, and want to be part of a team that makes it worth showing up — PDX Movers wants to hear from you.

-------What You'll Be Doing-------

• Wrapping, packing, lifting, unpacking-- making moves happen.
• Prepping homes, keeping trucks clean, and helping out in the warehouse.
• Driving box trucks and safely transporting customers' belongings.
• Comply with DOT & FMCSA regulations.
• Leading or working as a moving crew with confidence and care.
• Following DOT & FMCSA rules (we'll help you stay on track)
• Checking on your truck-- report any issues, damage, or maintenance needs ASAP!
• Keeping fuel and DEF levels in check (we provide gas cards!)
  • Drivers only

------- Driver Details-------

***This is a LOCAL DRIVING POSITION. You must start & stop your shift in Tualatin, OR ***

• No CDL required
• Box trucks only (no semis or big rigs)
• Paid training provided-- we set you up for success
• ** Must be 21+, have held a valid license for 2+ years, and pass an MDOT Physical** * ** _DOT Physical Requirements

------- What You Bring to the Team -------

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Team player with solid problem-solving instincts
• Good with people-- respectful, patient, and customer-focused
• Attention to detail (from paperwork to truck checks)
• Moving experience is a big plus (but not a must)

------- Job Requirements -------

• Able to start your day at 7:30 AM
• Can stand for long periods
• Can lift 100 lbs+ (this is real labor)
• Pass a criminal background check
• Pass a motor vehicle report check
  • Drivers only

------ Hours + Pay -------

• Full Time & Part Time roles available
• $18.00-$24.00/hr (based on experience)
• Paid every Friday
• Tips average an extra $4-6/hr in your pocket
