Structural BIM Modeler (Revit) - Structural Engineering - Base Salary to 31.00/hour - Miami, FL
Our client, a structural engineering consulting firm supporting commercial and industrial construction projects nationwide, is seeking a Structural BIM Modeler to support structural design and documentation efforts from their Miami, FL office.
This role focuses on developing Revit-based structural models and construction documents for new construction projects in a collaborative engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Revit Structure for commercial construction projects
Produce construction documents (plans, sections, and details) based on engineering designs
Generate 3D structural models to support design coordination and visualization
Revise models and drawings based on redlines and engineering feedback
Coordinate with structural engineers and internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables
Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience using Revit Structure for structural modeling
Experience producing structural construction documents (CDs)
Experience working on commercial building projects (e.g., office, retail, multifamily, or similar)
Understanding of structural systems, including steel and/or concrete construction
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet project deadlines
Compensation:
Base salary in the 26.00 - 31.00/hour range
