    Job Summary

    As the Structural Concrete Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural concrete operations on-site, including planning, coordination, and execution. You will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    Supervise all field operations related to structural concrete, including formwork, rebar, placement, and finishing.

    Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation.

    Manage daily site activities, schedules, and crew assignments.

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

    Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution of concrete structures.

    Track materials, labor, and productivity reports.

    Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and enforce job site safety protocols.

    Provide mentorship, direction, and support to field personnel.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 7 years of experience in structural concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

    In-depth knowledge of concrete formwork.

    Strong understanding of structural drawings, rebar detailing, and concrete placement practices.

    Proven leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and field reporting tools.

    OSHA 30-hour certification
