Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Working Concrete Foreman to lead a crew of laborers and finishers in the construction and finishing of concrete structures. This role requires both leadership and hands-on work, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. You will ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all field operations related to structural concrete, including formwork, rebar, placement, and finishing.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Manage daily site activities, schedules, and crew assignments.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution of concrete structures.

Track materials, labor, and productivity reports.

Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and enforce job site safety protocols.

Provide mentorship, direction, and support to field personnel.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of concrete construction experience.

1–2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role preferred.

Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placing, and finishing.

Ability to read construction drawings and set grades/elevations.

Proficient with layout, rebar placement, and formwork systems.

Effective communication and leadership skills.

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various outdoor conditions.
