Your Day-to-Day
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Structural Engineers and Designers
Oversee structural design and analysis for bridges, culverts, buildings, and infrastructure assets
Secure, plan, and manage local, county, and state bridge projects — including permitting
Conduct and oversee bridge inspections
Prepare compelling, competitive project proposals
Provide construction support services, including contract administration, coordination, permitting, and budget management
Maintain strong financial oversight to ensure utilization, profitability, and contractual compliance
Drive growth of the Corporate Structural Engineering Discipline
Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
Represent the company with organizations such as ASCE, NSPE, and local chambers
What We’re Looking For
B.S. in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania (required); NJ PE preferred
10+ years of progressive structural engineering experience
Proven experience working with local and state agencies
PennDOT or Turnpike project experience highly preferred
Demonstrated success in client development and winning new work
Strong project management, communication, and business development skills
Leadership track record meeting contractual and financial objectives
Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred)
Experience with structural design software, including PennDOT systems
