    We’re seeking a Structural Designer with experience in bridge inspection, design, and DOT projects. If you bring a solid background in bridge projects and are looking to grow your career in a detail-driven environment, this is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact public infrastructure work.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in the design and detailing of bridges and structural components for transportation projects in accordance with DOT standards.

    Support bridge inspection teams with structural evaluations and documentation of field findings.

    Develop construction documents, plan sets, and structural layouts using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

    Collaborate with senior engineers on design calculations, report development, and technical specifications.

    Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure consistency across project phases.

    Qualifications:

    BS Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.

    DOT project experience required (state or local Department of Transportation).

    Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation for structural drafting and plan development.

    Exposure to bridge inspection and structural design projects preferred.

    EIT certification preferred, or ability to obtain in the near future.

    Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow established design standards.

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills for a collaborative project environment.
