Structural Designer

Area: Greater Cincinnati / Dayton Area (Hybrid)
Shift: 1st Shift (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Summary:

• Develop and maintain BIM/Revit models to support structural design projects across industrial environments
• Support project startup by ensuring proper setup, workflows, and documentation standards
• Oversee BIM usage, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure adherence to modeling standards
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, coordinated design deliverables
• Create and maintain content libraries, templates, and conduct model audits for quality control
• Provide training and guidance to team members on BIM tools, workflows, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement by researching and implementing new BIM tools, technologies, and automation (Dynamo/Python)
