  • Responsibilities

    Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a Structural Engineer for our Towson, MD office. **Candidates should have extensive experience designing mid-rise and high-rise concrete buildings, multi-family projects, conventionally reinforced & post-tensioned concrete design and wood-framed over concrete podiums. **Project types include commercial, telecommunication, industrial and retail.

    Structural Engineer Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • 5 to 10 years of analysis, design and detailing structural elements for steel, masonry, and concrete buildings

    • Preparation of proposals, design, planning and direction of construction document preparation

    • Incorporate sound structural engineering principles utilizing concrete, steel, masonry and wood

    • BS degree in Structural engineering or related area

    • EIT or PE license is a plus but not required

    • Proficiency using AutoCAD required

    • Revit Structure and/or Risa-3D a plus

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
