    Position Overview

    As a Structural Engineer, you will lead and support the analysis, modeling, and design of structural systems from concept through construction documentation. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver solutions that meet code compliance, performance standards, and client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop structural systems across a variety of building types and materials

    • Conduct analysis, calculations, and modeling using Revit, AutoCAD, RAM, and other industry tools

    • Ensure code compliance, constructability, and system integration

    • Coordinate across disciplines to ensure high-quality, well-documented designs

    • Mentor junior staff and assist with quality control and project delivery standards

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET-accredited program (or equivalent for licensure)

    • Minimum 10 years of structural engineering experience with a variety of project types

    • Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD

    • Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer (PE) license

    • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    • Must be authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline

    • Active PE license (preferred but not required for hire)

    • NCEES registration and NSPE membership

    • CSI-CDT certification

    • LEED AP BD+C and/or WELL AP credential

    • Proficiency with RISA or RAM Elements software

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Teams for project coordination
