    We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Structural Project Manager with 5–15 years of structural engineering experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is responsible, honest, detail-oriented, and leads by example.     Qualifications & Experience:

    B.S. Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or related field

    5–15 years of post-degree experience in structural engineering

    Licensed Professional Engineer preferred, but not required

    Demonstrated experience in structural/civil design using wood, concrete, masonry, and steel

    Proven ability to manage and lead structural engineering projects from design through completion

    Experience overseeing design staff, coordinating with consultants, and managing client communication

    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines

    Skilled in technical writing, including letters, reports, and specifications with minimal supervision

    Proficient in engineering software including Excel, RISA, AutoCAD, and ENERCALC

    Knowledge of 2D and 3D modeling techniques and interpretation of analysis results

    Comfortable serving as project lead on complex assignments with autonomy and ownership
