What You'll Do as the Structural Steel Project Engineer:
- Spearhead project planning, including schedule development and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met
- Provide crucial engineering support during construction phases
- Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
- Oversee project documentation and change management processes
- Monitor and report on project financials and resource utilization
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth project execution
Must-Haves as the Structural Steel Project Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in structural steel design and project management
- In-depth knowledge of industry codes and standards
- Proficiency with structural analysis software and CAD tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team-oriented work environments
Nice-To-Haves as the Structural Steel Project Engineer:
- Advanced degree in Structural Engineering or related field
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
