$24–$34/hour based on experience and demonstrated installation skills. Most projects are located throughout the Inland Empire, with additional work throughout Southern California.

This is a hands-on physical installation position focused on structured cabling and physical infrastructure—not an IT/help-desk position. Networking and computer support experience are not required.

    Installations Include

Structured cabling, surveillance cameras, access control, paging/announcement, A/V, wireless infrastructure, data centers, telecom room build-outs and commercial move/add/change projects.

The position focuses on physical infrastructure installation and deployment. Training is available for qualified candidates with related construction, electrical, low-voltage or cabling experience.

    General Expectations

Be punctual, reliable and prepared to work each day.

Work effectively with installation crews, project managers and customers.

Be able to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.

Be comfortable working at elevated heights and operating scissors and boom lifts.

    Have a valid driver's license.

Communicate effectively and maintain a positive, professional attitude.

Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety.

Typical start times are 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., depending on project location.

Overtime and occasional weekend work may be available but are not mandatory.

    Experience Preferred

Structured cabling or low-voltage installation experience, including copper and/or fiber.

Experience with CAT5e/CAT6/CAT6A, coaxial and security cabling, terminations, dressing, labeling and telecom room build-outs.

Ability to read construction plans and understand building pathways. Electrical or conduit experience is a plus.

Candidates with related construction, electrical or low-voltage experience who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
