Company Description

The position is within the Structured Finance Group and we are looking for an Associate that thrives in managing multiple deals within a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to a collegial group.

Structured Finance Group advises on the design, execution, and placement of residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), and asset-backed securities (ABS), including highly specialized and esoteric ABS products.

Location: New York or Los Angeles

Responsibilities

• Associate with 2-7 years of experience with structuring, execution, and selling of residential mortgage-backed, commercial mortgage-backed, and asset-backed securities, including esoteric ABS, as well as CLOs, repackagings, re-securitizations, and other financings.
• Candidates must be highly motivated and have superior client service skills. 
• Must be a member of the Bar in a U.S. State
