Stryde Management is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our East Brunswick, NJ office!

We are looking for key individuals to provide customer service and promotional knowledge to our client base.

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:

• Interact with customers daily to inform them of our client's products and services.

• Perform a needs assessment for the customer and recommend products and services

• Ensure and provide quality service to external customers.

• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company and associated brands at all times.

DO YOU HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• High School Diploma preferred or equivalent job-related experience.

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Must have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written), be self-motivated, and a professional demeanor.

• Must be willing to work full time.

• Must have great attention to detail.

• Must be a team player.

• Must be personable and comfortable interacting with customers daily.
