Outside Sales attends appointments, gives offers, negotiates, contracts and inspects both on-market and off market investment opportunities. Outside Sales also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses, teaching when appropriate, and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. He/She is committed to investing in team members and regularly provides them with learning and growth opportunities as well. $100,000 includes a generous base plus commission. Paid Holidays and Vacation, Self-Directed retirement accounts available as well. Sign-on bonus! Responsibilities: What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Attend appointments where you will identify repairs, take pictures, make offers to purchase, and write up contracts to purchase • Overcome objections • Build relationships throughout the market that could lead to future acquisition opportunities • Close contracts in a timely mannerEffectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations for sellers • Attend business meetings and trainings as required • We value Open, Honest, Direct communication • We are Fun. Proactive, and Creative Problem Solvers • We are Lifetime Learners focused on Continual Growth and Development • We always do the right thing for our clients, no matter what • We get the job done, without excuses • We improve the lives of our sellers, clients, and those around us Essential duties and responsibilities • Oversee all aspects of seller transactions from initial contact to contract to close • Negotiate for sellers • Use the CRM daily to update seller and transaction information Communications/Interactions • Sellers – daily • Transaction Coordinator– daily • Lead Manager– daily Qualifications: • Excellent people skills • Excellent sales and negotiation skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities • Calm under pressure • Computer skills • High school graduate • Real estate license a plus • 1–3 years of industry and sales experience • Being comfortable being uncomfortable Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
