We are looking for a high-performing salesperson to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for consistently achieving individual sales goals to support store’s sales and profit objectives, while providing superior customer service to clients. Responsibilities: •   Must have personal integrity • Be a champion for the company culture. •  Set the tone for the company’s commitment to delivering a great customer experience. •  Sell merchandise to consistently meet or exceed sales expectations and to assist in achieving store sales goals. •  Support and execute the company’s initiatives to drive sales, such as special events • Provide outstanding customer service and a high-quality shopping experience to grow customer base. Understand and utilize policies and procedures to be proficient in handling customer transactions and solving customer service issues appropriately. • Training – Complete sales and administrative training and certifications as required, utilizing all available training tools to improve own performance.  •    Performance Management – Manage time well to accomplish training and clienteling, while achieving sales volume goals.  •    Contribute to a professional work environment of ethical behavior and decision-making. Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment of teamwork and cooperation where associates work together to achieve results. •    Perform store set up and closing operations, including opening and closing office area and moving jewelry to and from store safe and display areas.  •   Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, marketing and other required activities to keep store clean, safe and inviting. •   Follow all procedures to protect all assets of the store.   Qualifications: •    Requires high school diploma, experience using PC or POS. Strong communication organizations skills required. •    Previous experience preferred by not required in meeting or exceeding targets. •    Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. •    Demonstrated ability to communicate. •    Proven ability to drive the sales process to a close. •    Strong business sense and industry expertise. •    Controllable Expenses – Perform all necessary sales and administrative transactions accurately. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining profitable sales. Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000+ yearly
