JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an outstanding PPC Account/Client Manager who will manage digital advertising campaigns (primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ads) and client relationships across a dedicated book of business. The person who fills this role will work with clients in many different industries, with varying performance objectives such as lead generation, ecommerce sales, brick-and-mortar traffic, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the primary point of contact for your clients
- Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
- Regularly meet (virtually) with your clients to review performance, communicate action steps, recommend new strategies, etc.
- Quickly respond to client communications via phone and email
- Collaborate with your team members to help each other solve problems and to provide superior service and performance for StubGroup's clients
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 2-5 years of expert experience creating and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, and a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and strategically, both verbally and in writing
- Experience working for an advertising agency (not required, but ideal)
- Experience managing advertising for ecommerce businesses (not required, but ideal)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate "marketing speak" into layman's terms
- Capacity to quickly grasp clients' unique industries and business models and identify the best way to drive sales/growth for them via Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Detail-oriented and committed to staying on top of tasks/management across all your clients' accounts
- Above-average knowledge of the Google Ads and Facebook Ads user interfaces and toolsets
- Ability and commitment to continue self-educating, growing your marketing skill sets, and proactively consuming relevant industry news, updates, and knowledge

- Starting salary range of $85-$100k, plus performance-based bonuses
