Job Description

JOB GOAL: Expertly manage client relationships with businesses for whom StubGroup is managing advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads, and help them grow their company revenue via our marketing campaigns.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: We're looking for someone who has worked at a digital marketing agency, who is expert with the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads platforms, and is able to identify a business's marketing pain points and communicate StubGroup's ability to expertly solve them. You will regularly interact with clients via phone and email, and must excel at communication. You must have experience working with ecommerce clients (businesses selling products online through their websites).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Be primary point of contact for new and existing clients
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, suggest new strategies, etc.
• Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns
• Oversee the installation of conversion tracking on client websites
• Communicate with clients via phone and email

EXPECTATIONS:

• Stellar written and verbal communication skills
• Can translate "marketing speak" into layman's terms
• Can quickly grasp client business models and identify how to use PPC to drive sales/growth for clients
• Is detail-oriented and can stay on top of tasks/management across multiple client accounts
• Does not require training in how to create and manage advertising campaigns within the Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Facebook Ads interfaces
• Will promptly reply to client questions and directions
