Student Life Coordinator

We are hiring multiple Student Life Coordinators for several of the EF Gap Year programs for Summer 2023. While this role is based out of our Cambridge, Massachusetts (Boston) headquarters, this is your chance to live and work throughout Europe or Central America.
The Student Life Coordinator’s primary role is to support and empower program participants to be successful, engaged, and safe throughout the duration of their EF Gap Year experience. The overarching goal of the Student Life Coordinator is to foster positive group dynamics, while ensuring each individual student feels a sense of belonging within the group and that students are adapting to the program successfully. The Student Life Coordinator works closely with EF staff & partners in-country as well as across the globe. In addition, the Student Life Coordinator is responsible for assisting with program activities and using their unique skill set to enhance the student experience. The Student Life Coordinator will report to Evan Kiser, Student Life Coordinator.
