    Position Title: Student Loan Advocate (Inside Sales)

    Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time, In-Office, Non-Remote

    _Hours: 8 hour shift, within the hours of 6am-6 pm (varies)

    Pay: $60,000 - $150,000 per year. This position offers a base rate and UNCAPPED COMMISSION and 100% employer PAID medical benefits for employees AND whole family includes the Mayo Clinic!_

    Job Description:

    As a Student Loan Advocate (Inside Sales), you are the first point of contact for Borrowers and Co-Borrowers struggling with the burden of private student loans. As an Advocate, you will listen to uncover their motivations, and dig deeper to understand their “ _ why_.” Handling inbound leads and outbound follow-ups while moving Borrowers and Co-Borrowers through the application process by gathering documents for underwriting and ensuring that we are helping each unique situation.

    We are looking for someone who has a history of earning 100k+ a year in inbound sales.

    100% warm leads, NO cold calling.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Communicate directly with potential borrowers and co-borrowers to understand customers' needs and options.
    • Gather and verify validation documents.
    • Manage queue of accounts and ensure work standards are met with customers and agencies.
    • Help develop company reputation with agencies and solicit referrals.
    • Support borrowers and co-borrowers from initial contact through underwriting.
    • Responsible for meeting monthly minimum goals/results.
    • Document all information accurately in the CRM.
    • Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
    • Experience in closing deals!
    • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Decisiveness and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Education and Experience:

    • Three (3) years of experience in consultative sales.
    • Previous experience in cosmetic consultations, ie dentistry, plastic surgery, hair replacement, hair removal are welcomed.
    • Debt relief/debt settlement are welcomed.
    • Experience in the student lending field is preferred, but not necessary.
