Job Description:
The Student Services Technician is a key member of the Student Engagement and Recruitment Team (SERT) and plays a vital role in supporting the college’s strategic enrollment goals. Candidate will work with director, site coordinators and success coaches in supporting the admissions and enrollment of dual enrollment students. Admission and registration of students is primarily in-person with partnering high schools located across the valley during the school day. School hours run from 7-4pm and require travel time. Some phone or hybrid work could be available.
Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.

Essential Functions:
90% - provides admissions and enrollment support of dual enrollment students (high school students taking college courses) utilizing the Student Information System.
10% - Other Early College support activities as assigned, which may include outreach and customer service provided to students by text, phone, or email.
Must haves:
1 year or more working in secondary or high education
Demonstrated experience working with students
Customer service experience with use of technology
Good to have experience using a student information system to complete processes
