Perspire is the original Infrared Sauna Studio! We started with one location in Orange County, California, and are expanding rapidly throughout the entire nation! Job Summary

Are you passionate about health and wellness? Are you naturally confident and outgoing? If so, you need to join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio in South Tampa! We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members that love to connect with people.

Responsibilities · Support team hiring, training, and scheduling · Ensure a consistent, welcoming experience for every guest · Drive membership sales and studio growth · Oversee facility upkeep and inventory · Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care · Assist with community outreach and social media engagement

Developing a high-energy, fun, and engaged membership culture at the studio through contests, promotions, events, and recognition

Maintaining high visibility and positive interaction with guests at all times.

Promoting the benefits of IR Saunas and value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to guests

Understanding and speaking to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapy

What We’re Looking For:

· Background in sales, customer service, or hospitality

· Leadership experience preferred (membership-based industry is a plus)

· Outgoing, team-first mindset with strong communication skills

· Passionate about wellness and helping others feel their best

A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience

Evening and weekend availability
