At Peppard Home + Interiors, we create elevated interiors for clients who value thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and a highly personalized experience. As Long Island’s largest appointment-based interior design showroom, every client interaction matters, from the first phone call to the final reveal.
We’re looking for a Studio Coordinator & Social Media Manager who can deliver a polished in-studio experience while helping bring our brand to life online. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who is equally comfortable welcoming high-end clients, managing day-to-day studio operations, and creating engaging content that reflects our aesthetic.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience & Studio Operations
Welcome clients, designers, and vendors with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
Manage the showroom calendar, appointments, and daily scheduling needs
Answer incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with exceptional attention to detail
Support client onboarding, intake forms, invoicing, and payment processing
Maintain showroom presentation, ensuring the space is always guest-ready, organized, and aligned with brand standards
Coordinate sample organization, vendor materials, and front-of-house administrative tasks
Social Media & Brand Presence
Plan, capture, and publish daily content across Instagram, Pinterest, and other key platforms
Photograph and film showroom moments, product features, behind-the-scenes content, and completed projects
Write captions that reflect the voice and luxury positioning of the brand
Manage direct messages, comments, and online community engagement
Collaborate with leadership and our marketing consultant on launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
Track content performance and help identify opportunities for growth and engagement
Who You Are
Naturally warm, polished, and confident in client-facing environments
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
Comfortable creating content, being on camera, and directing content behind the scenes
Passionate about interior design, luxury lifestyle brands, and visual storytelling
Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling tools, social media platforms, and basic administrative systems
Able to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and keep multiple priorities moving
Ideal Background
2+ years in hospitality, luxury retail, design studios, or client experience roles
Experience managing business social media accounts and creating short-form content
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar content tools is a plus
Experience in interior design, home furnishings, fashion, or luxury lifestyle brands is highly preferred
What Makes This Role Different
This is not a typical front desk role. You’ll play a direct part in shaping both the in-person client experience and the public image of the brand. If you have an eye for design, love creating beautiful experiences, and know how to make people feel taken care of, this could be a strong fit.
