General Manager — Stretch Zone Palm Coast

Base Salary: $40,000 | Total Compensation: $50,000–$65,000++ with commission & bonuses

The Role

Your primary mission is to DRIVE STUDIO SALES. This is a sales leadership role, not just an operations position.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and manage your sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas — including show rates, demos booked, and conversions.

Introduce prospects to our assisted stretching programs and present tailored memberships.

Lead, coach, and mentor staff on sales techniques, closing, and overcoming price objections.

Deliver 5-star customer service and build a loyal client base that drives renewal sales.

Manage studio operations, financial accountability, and performance relative to goals.

Build community relationships through outreach to health & wellness businesses, sporting events, non-profits, and local organizations.

Required Qualifications:

Proven sales and leadership experience in one of the following: Studio/Store Management, Personal Training, Fitness Coaching, Physical Therapy, Healthcare, Sports Medicine, or a related health & wellness field.

Ability to connect with people, build relationships, and inspire others to prioritize their wellness.

Commitment to continuous learning and consistent application of proven sales techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Fitness Management, or related field.

Experience in hospitality or client-experience-focused environments.

What We Offer

Base salary of $40,000; total compensation of $60,000–$70,000+ when studio goals are met
