Coordinate with vendors, workrooms, installers, and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution

Maintain project timelines, budgets, and client expectations throughout the process

    Qualifications

2 to 4+ years of residential interior design experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating residential projects, floor plans, and elevations

Proficiency in CAD or similar design software is required

Comfortable presenting to clients, handling objections, and closing design sales

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms, sourcing tools, and project management systems

    Strong organization, communication, and follow-through

Ability to manage multiple active projects without sacrificing quality or client experience

Success in This Role Looks Like
