Maintain a regular cadence of sales role-play, training, and coaching sessions to continuously elevate team performance.

Collaborate with corporate and marketing teams to execute presale and grand opening campaigns, as well as ongoing sales drivers and promotional strategies.

Organize and attend community and in-studio events designed to drive lead volume and boost brand visibility.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (leads, conversions, referrals, revenue), taking action to course correct when needed.

Engage on social platforms and ensure team participation in studio-level marketing efforts, such as testimonial campaigns and member spotlights.

Ensure adherence to BODY20’s systems, sales processes, and compliance standards.
