Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000/year + performance bonuses + $1,000 hiring bonus

Your Role
As Location Manager, you will lead all aspects of studio operations, drive membership growth, support a high-performing team, and actively engage with the local community. You’ll also represent StretchMed at local events and perform on-site stretch sessions with corporate and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Stretch Specialists
• Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and cleanliness
• Perform in-studio and off-site stretch consultations and services
• Build strong local partnerships through outreach and event participation
• Drive membership sales, client retention, and session conversion metrics
• Track KPIs, manage inventory, and uphold brand standards
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Travel locally for pop-ups, demos, and corporate wellness initiatives
What You Bring:
• 2+ years in fitness, spa, or wellness studio management
• Enthusiastic, organized, and sales-driven leader
• Passion for wellness, recovery, and community-building
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to certify)
• Experience in kinesiology, massage therapy, or personal training is a plus
• Familiarity with POS, scheduling, and CRM platforms
• Willingness to travel locally for business development
