The Tannery was founded in 2012 and has only grown and thrived in the last 13 years. It was created to provide a clean, professional and chic environment for women to come get sugared and spray tanned. We pride ourselves in our professional, fun and "body positive" atmosphere that keep clients coming back for more. Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic beauty Studio Manager who is also an esthetician or cosmetologist, to oversee the daily operations of our busy studio. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for training, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory, handling client concerns and promoting our company.

If you are knowledgeable about spray tanning, sugaring and products that go hand in hand, have management experience, and have a great attitude + personality, we want to hear from you! (We will train in sugaring and spray tanning just to ensure standards are up to par with all of our team.)

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the studio

Train and supervise estheticians

Assist in creating employee schedules

Order products and maintain inventory

Schedule regular maintenance of spray guns and ensure peak operating conditions

Adhere to the highest standards in health and safety

Qualifications

Esthetician or cosmetology license

Previous experience as a manager or similar position

Extensive knowledge of studio treatments and products

Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully
