About KidStrong
KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids ages walking through 11 years old. Our science-based, coach-led programs help kids build Strong Minds, Strong Bodies, and Strong Character.
We are a fast-growing, high-energy center in Wilmington, NC, looking for a driven, high-ownership Manager to help lead our team, grow our membership, and deliver an exceptional experience for kids and families.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our operation. You’ll take ownership of sales performance, support daily operations, and help lead the team to a high standard.
This is not an “order-taker” role. This is for someone who:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth
Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Lead follow-up, outreach, and conversion efforts
Deliver a confident, consultative sales experience
Drive membership growth through strong execution and consistency
Support community events and partnerships
Operations
Help ensure the center runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard
Stay on top of key priorities so nothing falls through the cracks
Build strong relationships with members and families
Support scheduling, organization, and daily execution
Leadership & Team Development
Lead by example and help set the tone for the team
Coach and support team members to improve performance
Address issues directly and proactively
Communicate clearly and consistently with both team and ownership
Coaching (as needed)
Coach classes and support programming when needed
Deliver structured, high-energy classes
Build strong relationships with families and communicate program value
