💼 About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated, people‑focused Studio Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment. You’ll oversee daily operations, support and develop the team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience.

🔑 What You’ll Do
Train, coach, and support Nail Specialists to ensure flawless service execution
Lead the Guest Experience Cycle and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
Manage inventory and ensure the studio is fully stocked and operational
Support marketing, community engagement, and local brand awareness
Oversee scheduling, hiring, performance management, and team development
Maintain strict safety and sterilization standards that exceed state requirements
Lead daily huddles and drive studio performance toward service and revenue goals
Serve as a working manager—jumping in to support Specialists and Concierge as needed
Communicate process improvements and partner with ownership on studio growth
Maintain studio cleanliness, appearance, and basic facility upkeep
Participate in community outreach and volunteer initiatives
🎯 What You Bring
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong leadership presence and professional behavior
Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred
2+ years of management experience
2+ years in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry
💵 Compensation
$19.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and leadership capability.
