Our Centreville studio is growing, and we are seeking a high-performing leader to drive sales, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Position Summary- We are hiring a results-sales driven Studio Manager to lead daily operations and grow membership base.

This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, leadership ability, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth

Drive demo-to-membership conversions

Lead all inbound lead follow-up (calls, texts, email)

Build referral and retention strategies

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Train team members on closing and client experience

Be focused on Outreach/Collaboration events

Leadership & Operations

Manage daily studio operations

Lead, coach, and hold team accountable

Ensure a five-star member experience

Maintain CRM accuracy and KPI reporting

Keep studio organized, professional, and high-energy

Compensation- $45,000 – $55,000+ earning potential Includes: Competitive base pay, Uncapped commission and Monthly performance bonuses
