Program Manager – New Mom School Shrewsbury
Employment Type: Part-Time
Rate: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: 10-15 hours per week
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Program Manager to keep the behind-the-scenes operations of New Mom School Shrewsbury running seamlessly. If you love organizing, communicating, and bringing structure to a mission-driven business that supports new moms—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:

Prepare class rosters and schedules for instructors at the start of each series.
Coordinate Visiting Experts: Schedule and confirm weekly guest experts, manage calendar invites, and ensure they’re fully informed on class topics and logistics.
Support Outreach and CRM Maintenance: Monitor and follow up with warm leads in Momence. Keep our CRM up to date with accurate lead statuses and notes to maintain smooth communication.
Build Community Partnerships: Identify and nurture relationships with local partners—such as OB-GYNs, pediatricians, and family-centered businesses—to strengthen our community network.
Assist With Planning & Events: Support the organization of upcoming classes, pop-ups, and special events by managing schedules, forms, and logistics to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For:
Tech-comfortable with tools like Momence, Google Sheets, and Canva (or eager to learn)
Exceptionally organized, reliable, and responsive
A clear communicator who thrives on managing details and deadlines
Passionate about supporting new moms and families
Local to the Shrewsbury area and available for occasional in-person tasks
Why You’ll Love It Here:
Flexible schedule and mostly remote work
The opportunity to directly impact moms during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives
Be part of a warm, purpose-driven team that truly values connection and community
A fulfilling role where your organizational skills and care make a real difference
