The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a New Mom School studio, ensuring an exceptional experience for moms and babies while supporting the Franchise Partner in growing the business.
The Program Manager will work closely with the Franchise Partner to provide leadership within the studio. They must be comfortable with lead nurturing and sales follow-up, as these are essential to meeting studio performance goals. The role will require strong organizational skills, compassion, and a proactive mindset to manage classes, staff/experts, and customer service while driving enrollment through sales and community engagement.

Responsibilities
Class Management:
Schedule class start dates for all class series
Oversee and manage registrations
Assign pre-registered moms to future classes
Manage and update registration software
Provide customer service
Correspondence with clients, vendors, visiting experts
Create printed rosters and calendars for instructors and class members
Social Media:
Monitor private Facebook group and respond as necessary
Respond to messages via Facebook and Instagram
Comment on posts and stories that we are tagged in
Repost stories and posts we are tagged in
Visiting Experts:
Schedule visiting experts for all series
Send weekly reminders
Reschedule and move around as needed
Administrative:
Collect and approve invoices from instructors and experts
Ensure initiation of onboarding for new instructors and experts
Return email and phone inquiries daily (mostly email, occasional phone)
Manage the studio schedules for rental and collect payment
Coordinate donations in the community as needed
Deliver printed collateral to local partners and medical practices as needed
Outreach to potential sponsors and coordinate collection of gift bag items
Assemble gift bags (if applicable)
Sales:
Follow up on new leads daily (or at frequency based on work schedule) — respond within 24 hours via email, SMS, or phone.
Track and update Client Relationship Management (CRM - Momence) with lead status, notes, and follow-up dates.
As directed, support enrollment by explaining programs, pricing, and registration options to prospective families.
Support the studio in achieving enrollment and sales goals.
Participate in studio events, appointments, and community outreach to support enrollment.
Monitor weekly lead nurture campaigns — personalized emails, SMS check-ins, or invitations to events/tours.
Use CRM - Momence tool to collect missing lead data (due date, baby’s DOB, etc.) to better target communications.
Job Type
Part-time, approximately 10-20 hrs per week starting 2-3 months before studio opens (Opening target: October 2026), increasing to 30-40 hours per week once the studio is open (specific hours will have some flexibility during the week - let’s talk if you have scheduling needs!)
Compensation
Program Manager: $30/hr (quarterly bonus for achieving studio level sales goals)
