🚀 What You’ll Do:

Grow the Studio – Set and achieve bold goals with the COO, create and execute powerful marketing and acquisition strategies, and drive revenue through exceptional team performance.

Build a Rockstar Team – Hire, train, coach, and inspire Ideal Team Players who are fully aligned with our vision and values. Every team member will know their purpose, how to win, and where we’re going—because you made it crystal clear.

Deliver an Elite Experience – Whether it’s greeting members by name, supporting your team during peak check-in hours, or ensuring the studio runs like clockwork, you make sure every interaction counts.

Lead with Vision & Clarity – You’ll communicate our mission so clearly and consistently that your team will be able to answer: Why do we exist? How do we behave? What do we do? How will we succeed? What’s most important right now? And—what role do I play?

Ensure Operational Excellence – From performance reviews to policies, from shift schedules to systems—every aspect of the studio will be dialed in, efficient, and compliant.
