Studio Manager, Perspire Sauna Studio – Champaign IL Start Date: January 2026 New Location Opening

Perspire is bringing infrared wellness to Champaign, and we are preparing to open a brand-new studio in early 2026. We are looking for a full-time Studio Manager who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team, and drive a successful launch. This is a ground-up opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building something meaningful from day one.

What this role involves

This position begins before the studio opens, so the first phase of your role will be focused on the pre-launch build up. This includes pre-sale marketing, community outreach, hiring and training your team, and preparing the studio for opening day. If you have experience in pre-sale, pre-opening, or launch operations, that will stand out in a major way.

Once the doors open, you will lead by example, setting the tone for excellence in service, sales, and team culture. You will be hands-on with guests, coaching your team daily, and making sure every detail of the experience matches Perspire’s standards.

What you’ll be doing

Leading a team that wants to win, coaching them daily and setting a high performance bar.

Engaging directly with guests throughout every shift, supporting sales and service.

Owning pre-sale and pre-launch responsibilities that prepare the studio for a strong opening.

Protecting the guest experience by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand standards.
