This role leads community engagement, presale performance, team development, and operational excellence to ensure a welcoming, high-energy studio environment. Responsibilities
Presale & Community Engagement
Build awareness through networking, outreach, and local partnerships
Study provided resources and courses to become a brand expert and lead presale membership sales, consultations, tours, and follow-up
Drive grassroots marketing activities to elevate visibility
Leadership & Team Development
Recruit, train, schedule, and coach staff
Foster an accountable, encouraging team culture
Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth
Sales & Member Growth
Track KPIs and provide coaching on conversion and retention
Implement local marketing and referral programs to boost overall membership count while growing the business month after month
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Operations
Maintain studio appearance, sauna readiness, safety, and cleanliness
Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
Financial & Administrative
Monitor revenue, expenses, and performance metrics
Manage staff scheduling
Customer Experience
Provide a warm, professional environment
Resolve issues with empathy and clarity
Use feedback to improve service and retention
Qualifications
At least 2 years of leadership experience in fitness, wellness, spa, hospitality, or boutique studio environments
Proven success in sales or presale roles
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptive in a fast-paced setting
Ownership mentality aligned with studio vision
Available for weekdays, evenings, and one weekend day
Comfortable using CRM, scheduling, and POS systems
Genuine passion for wellness and supporting others' personal growth
