Location: Hybrid, in-person several times a week in our studio on Larchmont Blvd. Hours: 15-25 hours/week Rate: Starting at $30/hr, with room for growth
The New Mom School provides expert-led education, connection, and community for new mothers and their babies from 0-12 months. Our programs combine evidence-based information, emotional support, and real connection in a welcoming, mom-centered space. The in-person classes are a safe space for moms to share experiences, get expert advice, and meet other local moms who get it.
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-loving Studio Manager to keep the wheels turning as we prepare to open our new studio in Larchmont Village. If you thrive on organization, clear communication, and compassionate service to new families—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Daily
Studio Management: Ensure the studio is always stocked, clean and ready.
Lead Follow-up: Call each person who expresses interest within 24 hours.
Registration Monitoring: Track sign-ups, waitlists, and questions; flag trends.
Weekly
Visiting Expert Coordination: Send reminder emails to visiting experts, confirm logistics, manage calendar invites.
Client Touchpoints: Book appointments/tours, follow up with warm leads (Momence + IG DMs), continue to “mine” our leads list for potential sales opportunities
Inbox & Voicemail: Triage and reply to emails/DMs/voicemails with warmth and clarity; escalate when needed.
Monthly / Ongoing
Class Operations in Momence: Build/maintain schedules, manage class sequences (reminders, homework emails), update comms.
Grassroots Events: Support planning and on-site needs for pop-ups, Open House events, and community activations.
Accounting Support: Coordination with our bookkeeper on payroll and/or invoices.
Staff Support: Coordinate instructor needs, collect availability, and share updates.
What You’ll Bring
Comfortable with software like Google Workspace (Sheets/Docs/Drive), Canva, and Momence (or eager to learn fast).
Excellent written communication; kind, concise, and on-brand.
Systems thinker: you love checklists, templates, and making things repeatable.
Reliable and self-directed—comfortable owning deadlines without micromanagement.
Familiar with postpartum life or passionate about supporting new families.
