What You'll Do as a Studio Sales Manager:
Sales Leadership
Own and exceed studio sales targets through lead conversion, upselling memberships, and client retention
Guide new prospects through a tailored experience, helping them understand the benefits of Stretch Zone and selecting the right program for their goals
Track and report key sales metrics to ensure team and individual performance aligns with company benchmarks
Team Management
Mentor a team of Certified Stretch Practitioners
Lead weekly performance reviews and daily huddles to keep the team focused and motivated
Foster a high-energy, customer-first culture that drives results and improves client satisfaction
Studio Operations
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth scheduling, staffing, and service delivery
Maintain accountability for financial performance, including revenue growth, expense control, and profitability
Execute operational strategies and uphold Stretch Zone’s brand standards across every touchpoint
Community & Brand Engagement
Represent the Stretch Zone brand through local marketing, events, and partnerships
Drive inbound leads through community outreach and referral programs
What We’re Looking For:
Sales or fitness/wellness management (Sales-focused retail or service industry experience also welcome)
Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets
Strong leadership skills with experience managing people and performance
Fitness, health, or wellness background
Exceptional communication, motivation, and time-management skills
Willingness to complete Stretch Zone certification during onboarding
