We’re looking for a driven, people-focused Studio Manager to lead our Shoreline team. This is a key leadership role responsible for cultivating a positive studio culture, supporting a high-performing team, delivering an exceptional client experience, and growing the business.

What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate a team of Studio Coordinators and Cerologists®
Host daily team huddles and regular 1:1s to set goals, provide coaching, and celebrate wins
Create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and accountability
Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling
Client Experience
Ensure a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience for every guest
Monitor and enhance client retention, satisfaction, and loyalty
Champion our Club Orange Loyalty Program and other promotions
Operations & Business Management
Oversee daily operations and ensure the studio is clean, safe, and fully stocked
Monitor and manage inventory, vendor relationships, and supply orders
Partner with ownership on key areas such as hiring, HR compliance, and P&L performance
Maintain compliance with state board regulations and licensing
Marketing & Community Engagement
Drive local marketing efforts to build awareness and generate new clients
Manage social media presence and studio-level PR activities
Represent Waxing the City in the community and build local partnerships
What You Bring
Required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of leadership or operations experience, 5+ years of relevant work experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Preferred:
Experience in salon/spa, beauty, or fitness industry
Background in business management or HR
Familiarity with scheduling, payroll, and CRM systems
