About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, innovative sales leader to help launch a new beem® Light Sauna wellness studio. As the Pre-Sale Studio Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for building momentum before opening—generating leads, selling founding memberships, and establishing strong community presence. This role evolves into a Studio Manager position after opening, including:
Hiring and developing team members
Managing daily operations and customer experience
Overseeing budgets and performance metrics
What You’ll Do
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth: exceed pre-sales membership targets through in-person, phone, digital and event sales
Grassroots Marketing & Community Engagement: build partnerships through networking, B2B outreach, and community engagement; also drive digital campaigns
Lead Management & CRM Execution: manage all leads using CRM system to include follow up campaigns via phone, text and email
What We’re Looking For Experience
2+ years in sales (fitness, wellness, or service industries preferred)
Proven success generating leads and closing deals independently
Strong networking and partnership-building skills
Skills & Traits
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
Confident communicator with strong closing ability
Organized with strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary (based on experience) + Commission
