About the Role: This position does not have insurance benefits.
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented assistant to support both Kidcreate Studio operations and the owner’s day-to-day tasks.
This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll manage admin work, stay on top of details, and take initiative without needing constant direction.
This is 30+ hour / week position.
Responsibilities:
Business (Kidcreate):
Manage email inbox (Gmail)
Handle confirmations for activities
Update CRM with mobile bookings
Assist with scheduling (classes, camps, staff)
Support staff with initial activity prep
Follow up with leads and inquiries
Personal / Household as a Personal Assistant to the Owner:
Run errands (returns, store runs, groceries)
Light home organization
Occasional possible assistance with kids’ logistics (activities, pickups as needed)
Work Setup:
Denver Studio
Broomfield Studio
Some time at owner’s home + local errands
Requirements:
Reliable car + comfortable driving between locations
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Able to focus on admin tasks for extended periods
Comfortable with Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, Slack & other technology
