We are seeking for a women's lingerie and stocking brand company a skilled and dependable Studio Photographer & Retoucher to support a high-volume production environment.
This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with proven studio experience who thrives on consistency, efficiency, and delivering high-quality work at scale.
Approximately 70% of the role is dedicated to photography, with the remaining 30% focused on retouching and digital asset management. This is a hands-on position for someone who understands studio workflows, maintains precise lighting standards, and communicates effectively within a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities:
Studio Photography
- Execute high-quality flat-lay and on-form product photography across categories including socks, hosiery, knitwear, and intimates
- Manage daily studio workflow, including tethered shooting using Capture One
- Maintain consistent lighting setups to ensure uniformity across hundreds of SKUs per season
- Produce 50–80 RAW images daily, depending on product complexity
- Coordinate closely with design, merchandising, and retouching teams to ensure timely asset delivery
Retouching & Image Quality
- Perform intermediate to advanced retouching using Adobe Photoshop, including color correction, masking, background cleanup, and batch processing
- Ensure all imagery meets brand and e-commerce standards, with accurate color and product representation
- Identify and resolve retouching challenges while maintaining consistency
- Optimize workflow efficiency through tools such as keyboard shortcuts, batch actions, and structured file organization
Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Upload and organize retouched assets within the DAM system, ensuring accurate SKU mapping and metadata tagging
- Maintain clean, consistent file naming and organizational standards
- Ensure all assets are properly archived, accessible, and distribution-ready
- Track asset status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2–3 years of commercial studio photography, preferably in e-commerce, catalog, or fashion
- Portfolio: Demonstrated experience delivering high-volume, consistent, and professional-quality output
Technical Skills:
- DSLR or mirrorless camera systems
- Studio lighting and strobe equipment
- Capture One (tethered shooting)
- Adobe Photoshop (retouching fundamentals and beyond)
- Efficiency: Strong time management skills with the ability to balance speed and quality
- Communication: Clear, proactive communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
- Reliability: Consistent performance and accountability in a production-focused environment
