Studio Sales & Experience Coordinator – Waxing the City Dunwoody

DRIVE SUCCESS. LOVE WHAT YOU DO. At Waxing the City Dunwoody, we don’t just provide services; we provide confidence. We are seeking a high-energy, sales-motivated Studio Coordinator to be the driving force behind our studio’s growth. This isn't a "sit-behind-the-desk" role—it is a dynamic position for someone who loves to connect with people, close sales, and build a community.

    THE MISSION

Your goal is to maximize every client interaction. You will be responsible for the "full circle" experience: from the first welcoming greeting to the final retail sale and rebooking. If you are someone who enjoys hitting targets, "curating" a social media presence, and ensuring a business runs like a well-oiled machine, we want to talk to you.

    PRIMARY SALES & GROWTH RESPONSIBILITIES

The 5-Step Close: Take full ownership of the 5-step closing process. You will lead the conversation to ensure every client leaves with their next appointment booked and the right products in hand.

Retail Performance: Meet and exceed weekly retail sales goals by educating clients on post-wax care and our professional product lines.

Membership Growth: Proactively pitch and sell our membership programs to build long-term client loyalty.

Social Media Marketing: Act as our "Local Influencer." Create, post, and monitor engaging content (IG/TikTok) to drive new bookings and highlight our retail offerings.

Strategic Booking: Don't just book appointments—optimize them. Adjust the schedule to fill gaps, move appointments for better flow, and maximize daily revenue.

    OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Inventory Control: Complete weekly inventory audits to ensure our top-selling retail and back-bar items are never out of stock.

Client Connection: Personalize our brand by sending out handwritten thank-you cards and managing follow-up communications.

Studio Standards: Ensure the studio remains "tour-ready" at all times with impeccable cleanliness and organized retail displays.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Required:

Sales Mindset: You aren't afraid to "ask for the sale" or suggest an add-on service.

Goal-Oriented: You thrive when given targets for rebooking rates and retail dollars.

High Tech-Fluency: Experienced with social media platforms and able to learn our booking/POS software (Zenoti) quickly.

Professional Grit: The ability to handle a busy lobby, a ringing phone, and a social media post all with a smile.

    Preferred:

Proven track record in retail sales, salon/spa environments, or membership-based businesses.
