What You’ll Be Doing
Leading daily studio operations
Managing team flow and guest experience
Coaching and motivating staff
Monitoring sales performance
Helping maintain fast wait times
Opening & closing the studio
Delegating positions and responsibilities
Creating a fun, professional atmosphere
Solving problems calmly under pressure
Ensuring guests leave excited about their experience

Qualifications
